Thadagam was founded in May, 2009 as an online website to publish fiction stories and non-fiction articles. First book was published on May 2011 and it was awarded in the same year for its Production. The publishing journey starts from there. Now Thadagam is recognized as one of the notable publishing house in Tamil book publishing.

Panuval Book Store is founded later to sell Tamil Books.
